i recently came across an ebc fujinon 50/1.4. does anyone have any experience with this lens. this is my first manual focus lens since i was a kid and played around with a broken k1000.

if i ultimately decide to get rid of the lens whats the value of it? any good places to sell it?

It is one of my favourite 50's, a really good lens. The main problem is adaptability, since it has a non-standard m42 mount with a little metal tab that protrudes from the back of the lens and prevents it to fully screw in adapters. It's a 10 minutes grinding work, or, if you use it on a nex, probably you could just let the lens not fully screwed in (since most nex adapters I've tried allow lenses to go slightly past infinity).

As for price, I think something between 60 and 100 € depending on condition (maybe a bit more since is a bit less common than other 1.4/50s) would be ok.
