Yesterday, a long awaited parcel arrived from Ukraine containing a Tair -33.
I have had some sad experiences with parcels before, arriving in bad shape like this one:


So I asked the sender to take special care in the packaging to avoid damage.

Here is the box as arrived:



Here is the superb packaging that protected the lens:




Never before in the history of human sacrifice, have so many bottles of ale given their lives in the service of such a noble cause.

No, the beer had long gone.
It was the super sized bubble wrap (thanks for the allegory Lloydy) that the empty bottles provided that really tickled my fancy.

That is hilarious,the funniest thing I have seen for a while concerning the post!...I wonder could you sell the empty bottles on ebay to a beer bottle collector?

Hahh reminds me of the guy that sent me a Minolta 80-200HS (lens work around £750)
Was in its leather case in a massive box filled with balloons
