I have a Nikon 200mm f/4 Nikkor-Q with a strange problem,
when focused to infinity the Diaphragm actuating lever stuck, in other postion is a bit hard but works.
i think that i bend or something.

How i can i repair it? i didn't found repair manual or exploded view for this lens.
