mamiya sekor 1.4/50 cs bayonet

I have searched various forums with regard to an adapter for the above lens. slackard at shapeways has produced one, which someone else commented that it did not function. has anyone managed to procure any adapter to fit this lens or modified an existing.
I have read the comments here. might try tape just to see what the results are and then bin it!! thanks for any advice
ps. would a pk mount ground down operate? I had this suggestion from a so called, "expert"?
