Got this lens in exchage from Jes for some adapters.

It does have fungus and I thought it as repair project.

But: it is a really nice small all round lens.
But #2:

it has 15 elements in 13 groups and a separate macro helicoid

I think I'd leave that well alone! Shocked The pictures look very good, so why risk a nice lens ?

It may well benefit from professional cleaning to remove fungus. That kind of lens design would be a tricky clean for a DIY I think.
OTOH, it takes dreamy portrait type shots at present.
This can be an advantage when shooting female portraits.

+1 hard even for a good repair man
