Sold under numerous brands; Dollonds, Aicoset, Westex and early Vivitar? Has it got an aperture with (15 or 18, I forget) blades?

I have an old "Amateur Photographer" magazine that has an advert for "Westminster Photographic Ltd" that sell these lenses, no clue as to who the maker is though, but I have heard early Sigma:

There are a great number of similar Japanese made preset 135mms and they are all decent performers.
