topcor 58mm f1.8 to eos?

I can't found the right adaptor to use my topcor 58mf 1.8 on my canon 550d. I have one exakta-eos, but this one do not work, it is the right mount but there is not "holes" to mount it on

It would help if you could post some pictures of the adaptor and the lens mount then we might be able to work it out.

I seem to remember that Topcon cameras that had the Exakta mount were a bit non-standard and some Exakta lenses needed their mounts modified to make them fit.
