Its the Finnish cold war preparations. Disguised as an astronomical observatory, the tower contains a telescope capable of spotting a Tupolev-95M 'Bear' bomber at a 20 kilometer distance.

Pic number 2 is a ground troop detector pictured here in 1980 during a training exercise

the third is a laser projector capable of blinding the 'Bear' pilots. Used in the same way that teenagers use pound-shop laser pointers to blind civil aircraft pilots.

4th is the entrance to an underground bunker cunningly disguised as a toilet shed.

Probably

Else I would believe that but you don't need a telescope to spot them, you just take your fur hat off and listen. Smile
