I really thought that I bought the Kiron Ai version but apparently it was the N/AI. Can anybody tell me it's history? I'm really thinking of selling mine maybe for cheap to mflenses forum members because it has stiff focusing issues.

N/AI is short for Nikon/Automatic Indexing and is name for nikon mount version. so you got kiron lens in nikon AI mount

You are referring to the Kiron 105 f/2.8 macro lens? If so, it's a fantastic lens! Legendary!
