Deep Sky on B/W film. Is this possible with a 25cm newton?

I found some negatives in the collection of my father were I'm not 100% sure if they were made by him as they are looking very professional.
He had a 25cm diameter newton telescope (I don't know F stop or focal length, maybe F6 or something)
They are made on Agfapan 25 and all his other pics were made on FP4 or Pan F - he might got the negs from somewhere else?

I have no idea whether it is possible or not but they are very interesting. First is very impressive.
