This is from a shot of a bridge, 100% crop.

Flektogon 35/2.8, at f/8 or so, Sony Nex F3.



Is it moire, some kind of crazy reflections on the beams? If it was CA I'd expect them to be all the same colour?

My bet is yes, it's moiré. In this photo you have the recipe to render it, but what surprises me is that your sensor has a anti-moiré - or is supposed to have - filter and this effect was supposed to be addressed by the filter. BTW i see some amount of CA that i never saw in a Flektogon lens before,
