Snow isn't featureless. When the sun is low there's a play of light, shadow, texture.

Shot with Zeiss Jena Sonnar 135/4 at f/8. I used a longish lens so I could shoot from the comfort of my back steps.
I converted to B+W because of the CAs, yowza, Shooting snow seems to be a CA torture test I'll have to try my other 135s and compare.
Abstract images aren't usually my thing, but I love snow.
I think in B+W work it's good to have both hard blacks and bright whites? If anyone has a critique of the shots or processing I'm all ears. _________________ I welcome C&C, editing my pics and reposting them on the forum is fine.
