Even "in person" the reflection was a somewhat disoriented, vertiginous scene! Shocked

It was certainly a beautiful Fall evening in the subalpine Olympic mountains.

Thanks guys! I wasn't actually in any other "time warp" other than good old Mother Nature.

To orient you a little, the rocks near the center are surrounded by water. In fact, the whole image is a water reflection of the ridge on the other side of the lake. The only solid elements are the rock islands, the tree in the foreground at the lower right, and the rocky shore on the upper right.

It's curious, but it looks more like a painting that like a photograph.

I catch it, but needed almost half a minute to let my brain put the things in place. Nice mind game. Very Happy
