When i cleaned and lubed it i found another name ring under this one written :

The only info i found (LensCollectorsVadeMecum) led me to beleive the
Albinar name ring was used for export in the USA....
You can see traces of fungus on the lens pictures....
I'm no expert.... but i think it's a pretty good lold lens !

Most of these old lenses improve considerably with them, even the triplets.
