What exactly are you interested in about this lens?

A Google search for "Canon 50mm 4.5 review" is probably the easiest way.

Here's one I found from a reputable site:

I have this lens (converted to minolta autofocus mount) and use it since 2008.

I have some pictures in my gallery (I will post two below), but at the web-size they will not tell much about the quality of the lens.

Very good lens if You can find one for a good price. I will never sell mine.

I also have this lens and most recently used it to shoot a regatta. The 500 was mounted on a Panasonic GF1 using an inexpensive Fotodiox adaptor. This is my first pos here so example photos will be posted to the next reply.

Here are some examples of photos taken using the Canon FD 500 4.5L on the the Panasonic Lumix GF1 using a Fotodiox adaptor. The photos were taken with manual focus/aperture priority and were shot from another boat. I was supporting the lens on a life jacket wrapped over the gunwale.

And here is an "instagram" of the camera rig (on a tripod):

It depends.
I was very happy hand-holding this lens, or using it on a monopod.
It is a relative light lens.

Optical quality is great - on my 4photos website linked above you will find full size Canon 5D images.

Thank you for your pictures.

It's really difficult find a deep review of the lenses with pictures.

thank you
