I just nab one up locally for 100 USD, i saw it last night and nab it up a few hours ago (didn't have time to check, it was really late and I'm working the whole day)... I figure if it's an 85, it must be atleast 100? haha. Just had a few shot in my room of random things, seems decent, color is nice, bokeh is good, very heavy though, feels off balance with my NEX 5.

Lens have a few spec of dust (expected for a dam old lens). I've checked ebay and it seems to go for a higher price (but the seller told me he also checked, so I'm not sure if I'm doing the right search).

PS: He also had a 50 MC 3.5 macro, no 1:1 adapter, picked it up also for 25, don't really need it but what the heck, I only have a 100 3.5 macro but it's a vivitar brand, I want to try and see if this one is sharper.

From what I've understand, the MD version is suppose to be better (made at a later time), all of my previous minoltas are MD, these are the 1st 2 MC I've got, i'm gonna go check it after work tomorrow, see if they're as good or not.

I like my 28/2.5, 58/1.2 & 85/1.7 as a set, the 21/2.8 seems good too. (All MCII's)

I have not the lens. An old MC is selling here for USD 250. And it's a good price. Yours is GREAT.

The macro is a very good lens. I have it. Nice to enjoy.
