#7,#9 are wide open. Lens is smaller than first version and smallest aperture is F22 instead F16.

Looks a competent lens but sadly too expensive now for me to add to my collection.

Sell some of your gear worth to have it, price level is same than other 24mm lenses from well known makers like Nikon.

I'm not in a hurry, take your time. Ship the lens when it's most convenient for you.

You'll enjoy this one Pontus, I have the earlier version (physically longer, only closes to f16) and I love it, it is one of my most used lenses, top performer on NEX and film, this one looks to be at least as good so congrats on a great acquisition. Smile

I just so happened to shoot a series with my Konica 24mm today:

Wonderful shots, beautiful colour and sharpness. I think #5 is my favourite.

I always like viewing your photos, you live in such an interesting area with so many beautiful things to photograph. There is such a sense of 'history' that we don't have here in North America.

Laughing Typical British/English humour..... I don't know if you meant it to be like that.

We call it black or sour humor I would like to explain this.

This is pretty good season , rain , sun and beautiful clouds. Come ! Wink Konica was top Japanese maker like Zeiss in Germany. We are really, really lucky we can have them for peanuts vs genuine prices.

Sony Nex camera deserve this gem and you took great pictures. I have the v16 AE instead of 22 and i bought it for 50€, so guys , keep hunting , i think you can still find one at a good price. Found it on a swiss classifieds site.
v22 is knowned to be better than v16.
Do you use a long hood on your lenses Attila ? to reduce light glowing on the camera captor and sharpen the pictures.

Great bargain you got Didier! When I saw Attila's samples I said they were as good or better than the f16 version so it might be true the later version is improved, it is certainly much smaller, although the f16 version is not big.

A Attila says, we are very lucky indeed we can own these wonderful lenses at the prices we can.

You are absolutely right...but my photography has become a bit less enjoyable as only a few years ago I could throw all my film cameras and lenses into my back pack, and not worry about sandy/dusty places abroad (on the beach with grandchildren) etc......... and now I have to handle and protect some of my lenses carefully because they are worth serious money Sad and Cool

The Konica Hexanon 24mm is really a exceptional sharp lens. I bought mine, in a near mint condition, on the flea market for a ridiculous price of 20 Eur. This is, with my SMC Takumar 85mm 1.8, one of my favorites among all my lenses. Recommanded!
