Which grease for Helios-40 helicoid?

I don't know if I dare to open it, but if I do, what kind of grease should be used to lubricate it? Focusing is now too stiff.

Opening it looks fairly simple:

Opening the lens, most likely, is a simpler task than reassembling it properly.

I don't need to touch glass or aperture at all, only the helicoid part of the lens. Should be simple enough?
