I've been following the development of this TLR camera on Flickr for a little while, and it's finally made it to near production stage, so sharing the information.
It's a DIY kit to make a TLR out of a Mamiya 105/3.5 lens (made for Mamiya C series TLRs) that can take 3x4 polaroid backs as well as various Graflex roll-film backs up to 6x9. The 105 lens covers 6x9 fine and covers most of 3x4.
FYI, I immediately pledged for the "Deluxe" Kit

Here's the official companion blog that talks about some of the reversible mods you need to make to the lens & backs to adapt them to the camera: http://duo-tlr.blogspot.com _________________ Sony α7R, Pentax 67II, Kiev-60, Hasselblad 203FE, 903SWC, Graflex Norita 66, Mamiya M645 1000s, Burke & James 8x10, Graflex Pacemaker Speed Graphic (4x5 and 3x4), Century Graphic (2x3), R.B. Links broke, sadly.
I searched the site but no TLR.
I wouldn't mind having the drawings for it. No woodworker I, and I need another project like a hole in the head, but a 6x9 TLR would be cool.
There are alternate lenses for such a thing. If nothing else two 10.5cm folder lenses should work well enough. _________________ I like Pentax DSLR's, Exaktas, M42 bodies of all kinds, strange and cheap Japanese lenses, and am dabbling in medium format/Speed Graphic work. |

Thanks for the new link. I see its a precut kit. I guess it mostly glues together. Thats a tempting idea.
