I found this list today while researching various lens flange focal distances. It's a FAR more complete list than the Wikipedia article (about twice as many lens mounts) and even has some like Topcon RE and Pentax 6X7.

If you're wondering if a lens can be easily mounted on or converted to your camera, this list can help inform how easy or hard that will be. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/user/hancockDavidM |

That's a good up to date list, there's Micro 4/3 and Sony E on the list. Very useful. _________________ LENSES & CAMERAS FOR SALE.....

Some errors:
M42x1(Pentax, Praktica, Zenit etc) and Pentax K have 45.5mm register
See:
M39 leica screw mount is only M39x1mm, never 26tpi.
These common errors caused by measuring metric sizes with the inch scaled measuring tool.
M39x1 Zenit mount have register 45.2mm _________________ My blog |

I can't speak to the Leice mount, but the M42 and K mount are 45.46mm, not 45.5mm. That's straight outta the Pentax technical manuals. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/user/hancockDavidM |

But the 0.04mm flange focal distance difference between "soviet" and "japanese" cameras explained at least in the Vivitar 28-85/2.8-3.8 lens service manual:
And in the Pentax ME service manual about the flange focal distance written:
So this is just a different measurement methods
Than:
Pentax M42 - from 45.47 to 45.53mm
Fujica M42 - from 45.47 to 45.51mm
Zenit M42 - from 45.48 to 45.52mm
