Apo-Rodagon-R 75mm F4
I don't know if there's any optical difference to the Apo-Rodagon-D 75mm F4

Both are apochromatic reprolenses optimized for slide/film duplication and digitalisation around 1:1
I used it for "scanning" 35mm films with my Sony NEX - it's working amazingly well.
Both have medium format coverage (so no vignetting) and ultra high resolution.
It easily beats any flatbed scanner in resolution!

Condition:
Look at pics
Theres a some (not much) dust inside and a very tiny very minor cleaning mark on the rear element. Aperture is perfectly working. Barrel has a lot signs of use on the outside. No fungus or any further damage. Comes with M39-M42 adapter for use on bellows, M42 helicoid or tubes. Working condition is very nice.

Pic of a fungus in a lens made with this lens:

APX100 "scanned" with this lens and Sony NEX 5N

I'm asking 140€ + shipment (16,90€ max)

I have both type of lenses and I think it was just the older name for the same lens "R" for repro(duction); never noticed any differences.

You need at least 92mm image diameter then for 6x7cm. Rodenstock says it covers 6x6cm:
