Anyone know this lens? I have not found much information on it, seems quite rare.
I found it in a local used journal, mounted on a Zenith 122. The seller can not tell me if is with M42 mount, but the Zenith 122 is produced only with M42 mount, right?
What is its value if in good condition? Is a quality lens?
I have found only 2 auction on ebay:

Pretty rare, you should probably get it. One of the last post-GDR lenses made by Meyer, guess they were made from left-over parts from former production. Maybe made in Romania, where Meyer had a modern factory with modern machines.
Have a similar looking one in 50mm. Meyer-Optik made in Germany.
M42 mount, but can be found with Praktica B-mount, too

Will probably be the exact same lens as the common Pentacon 2.8/28. I have two copies and it is an excellent lens with a vintage look to the colours and superb bokeh. _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |

OK, but the Zenit 122 is made only with M42, right?
The price is 20 Euro (Zenit + Meyer).
How much could be the value of the Meyer? I probably sell it. |

10 EUR , Meyer has some high value lenses, but not based only on rarity. _________________ -------------------------------

Yes, it will be an M42 mount version of the PB mount Pentacon 2.8/28.
Might only be worth 10 euros but you will get a lot of use from it as it's a really good lens, I used mine a lot with my EOS 10D.
If you buy it and decide to sell it I will buy it, I have two copies of the Pentacon version but both need repairing as the aperture is slow on one and the other has developed some play in the barrel. _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |

It's with custom Nikon mount. It's cool idea. But after checking his feedback it seems he is offering stuff not completed yet. When he sells he gets to work . And sometimes the product does not end as intended . _________________ ---------------------------------

I'd avoid this seller, doesn't seen very honest, he's sold Pentacon 2.8/135s as Carl Zeiss Sonnars and he's trying to claim that Pentacon 2.8/28 is a Zeiss lens too. _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |
