These are all really nice, the kids look they they were happy and having fun and the lens looks pretty good too

nice portraits, great to see not centered pics, do you focus & recompose or liveview ?

Thanks! I never center people when I take portraits, pictures comes alive better IMO when they are decentered.

I'll use focus and recompose technique. I never use liveview. This Sigma needed micro adjustment and luckily now its very sharp when used with 5D mkII.

And yes the kids had fun that day, its nice to live here in the middle of forests
