We were just having lunch today when we looked out of the window to see a photo opportunity pop-up before us:



Sigma 600mm fixed f/8 catadioptric on Pentax *istD.

I made a quick dash for the camera and lens but skipped the tripod so it's taken handheld - and the only one of about six that isn't blurred. I've never used this lens on a digital camera before so I just set the mode to 'A' and fired. The images turned out a bit dark but brushed up well.
