How many of those actually made it into volume production? _________________ I don't care who designed it, who made it or what country it comes from - I just enjoy using it! |

why would they have a list of soviet lenses and not include the more common ones?

Maybe the more popular ones are included under their brands, and not under the common CCCP heading.
Some of these are quite popular in Poland. Zenitars 16/2.8 are to be found, also in Nikon mount, so are some of the MIRs, like the 20/3.5, 35/2 and 28/3.5. Available in M42 or Nikon mount.
The little plastic-looking Zenitar 50/2 came with the later Zenit cameras and with some Praktikas as well.
Helios 77M-4 appears regularily, also Kaleinars 100/2.8.
I would add the ARSAT tilt shift lens to the list ( 35/2.8, if I'm not mistaken, Nikon mount ). |
