oh, I had bought them slowly during the span of over a year through ebay, one from the U.K., one from Israel and one from the US. They usually are cheapest in the US, but unfortunately sellers often won't sell outside the US resp. importing them to the EU comes costly.
or in other words, Bill, if you wanted some you are where they can be found easiest and cheapest
