Yes, very nice images. It begs the question... can you get equal to such shots or get close for less than the 700 Euro's? There must be some old triplet lenses floating around?

Nikkor 400mm F/5.6 is cheaper, hand-holdable and in my opinion more convenient to focus ...

All i can say is WOW superb images and hard to beat with any modern lens if at all, focusing is spot on and lighting perfect
