I would like to do some animated gifs

Imagine a picture, i want to crop it to 1/5 of its height and make the previous picture scrol from bot to top and then back to bottom

Is there a "quick" way of doing it ?

Salut!

Back in the so called good old days,
The Gimp was skilled in making
animated gifs. If you prefer batch
processing, would a modern version
of ImageMagick help you?
