Since I sent Jussi my second one, got another off ebay in near-new condition:

first roll, CVS scanner broke down (no charge for the CD) and I got only 13 frames
out of 25. Two are with the Epson 4490, and two were not composed, just estimated:

Fuji Xtra 400

The XA2 is my favorite packaround for film.

Minolfan, thanks!

Attila, they don't have to be your fav, just mine, OK? Laughing Last two were through windows, the
strolling couples I was moving while shooting (camera shake) and it looks like CVS's developer
was tired, or fixer, or both (you can see artifacts in the tunnel pic.) 2 and 5 were scanned with
the Epson 4490. Thanks for your comment! Smile

Hi, Bill !Congrats !
I like the most the third one . On the first ,good details , but maybe a -1/3 exp comp .would be better on the building highlights . all in all the little one manages pretty well the light metering ,it seems . And a pretty lens too .How much did you spent for this little piece of gear?

Teo, thanks, paid $45 with the shipping. Just checked, and roll was metered @320.

Used my XA2 on Holiday last week for the first time, interesting to compare results alongside similar shots taken with a Flek 35mm f2.4 ...well OK if the results are the same why buy a flek Wink .

BTW I know you like playing with old P&S cameras...... and I played with a Minolta A5 recently, it's ridiculously heavy but the lens is very good Wink

Excal, looking forward to your results with the Minolta A5. Smile

Got the results back from my XA2 using colour film and am sorry to say Bill I'm not impressed, the only decent shot was one taken by flash. Also more colour shots from Minolta A5, to confirm the lens is sharp but not razor sharp, but the weight (700g) is a turn off, and controls/range finder are too fiddly for me (as I'm used to a SLR).

Excal, sorry to hear your experience with the XA2 (I think Jussi is equally unimpressed Smile ). I'm having
a difficult time finding a lab that will give consistent processing results with 35mm color film.

IMHO I don't think any film P&S can compete with the NX100 (and others) you just have bought. But I've noticed my wife hasn't taken many photos since the children bought her a very good digital P&S................erm and she tells me she knows how to use it Rolling Eyes

Excal, thanks, I can't believe I got the NX100 with 20-50 lens for $100 less than the Oly XZ-1 Shocked
