are these wide open or stopped down?

I find the bokeh just a touch harsh, if this is stopped down, then personally I'd rather see a slightly softer image with a smoother blur.

Of course that is just personal opinion. What I do really like about the shots is the vivid colours Smile

It is a good lens for how fast it is, but it does have a weakness, high contrast bright areas tend to glow, the effect is reduced when you stop down, the effect can be useful when shooting portraits, and sharpness still shows through.
