I'm using this lens on my NEX-5N and it works great at 2:1 (no adapter/Ext. tube). Super sharp and easy to focus. When I add the extension tube, it won't focus. I'm using the Fotasy Konica/NEX adaptor. Anyone else had this problem?

Mike

Welcome Mike, hard to imagine how come. May rare part of lens stuck on something. Is focus ring move well from shortest to longest distance position ?

Could it be that the extension tube is too long so the focus point is already past the front element?

Are you unable to focus i.e. move the focus mechanism or are you saying that you can't achieve focus on distant subjects? With the extension tube, infinity focus is lost and the lens can only be used at macro range (not more than about 20cm away).
