Hi, I might have access to a dark room and some lab chemicals (Raw materials).

I have never developed a film before but I would really like to give it a go, my question is, does anyone knows if I can make my own chemicals with the raw materials from the lab? Any recipe maybe? I have two films I would like to develop one colour one B/W.

Thanks in advance

Yes you can. Photographers Formulary sells the raw materials (as well as many other sources) and there are a number of recipies available, including for developers out of production for decades. I have, uploaded somewhere online, an old recipe book for DuPont Defender developers and fixes as well as a bunch of Kodak ones. Kodak Microdol's recipe can be found, but Microdol X I have not yet found.
