We went to the "Opel Zoo" today.



Tamron SP 8/500 Mirror on Sony NEX-3.

I love how the strongest highlights almost outline the giraffe's head.

Nice capture ! A bit darken PP makes it to even better to me.

That's just the basic JPEG, Attila. The RAW-file offers more opportunities to correct.
But it doesn't seem too bright on my display.

Older lenses except best Contax always require it in my opinion.

Shows more contrast, your shot, rather than a darker exposure.
But I like it.

Difficult lens to handle on crop, you did well!

Yes, it's not easy, but it's not too difficult either.
I have used the huge viewfinder magnifier you can see here:

The "SpyNex" by LucisPictor, on Flickr

That works well. And it was bright enough to shoot at 1/800s. So handlheld was neither a problem.

That's an extraordinary set up. Nice picture. Could do with being a little darker imho
