Adapters for Kiev 10, 15 lenses?

I see many of these lenses on Ebay for less than M42 mount lenses. I know the aperture is set on the camera not the lens. But does anyone make an adapter to use them on other cameras? If so, is the adapter set up to stop down the lens?

In Kiev-10 and -15 Automat lenses, the flange distance is fairly short, so the lenses cannot be adapted to an APS-C or larger DSLR if you want the focus to reach inifinity. And although each lens has an aperture iris, it doesn't have an external aperture control ring.
