I have a Sun 200mm f3.5 OM-mount witch is loose around the aperture ring so when its mounted to the camera its very wobbly.

I tried to open this lens from the back, I removed the mount easily, but can't get anything else off. Have removed all the screws in the back. Just need to get to the aperture-ring, it has very much play front/back.

Thanks

Trond Eric

I would imagine if you posted some photos of the job so far, you may get some help. Smile

.
This is the mount and the next ring removed

This is the lens with the mount removed.

Here you can see the play in the aperture ring.

I have now solved the problem, it was actually an adapter on the back of the lens from YS screwmount to Olympus OM mount.
I was acually taking apart the adapter insted of the lens, the last remaining ring from the adapter was just treaded so i usesd some pliers with plastic grip to get this one of.
Then it was just to tighten the three screws and the lens is as good as new.
