Hi,

I bought myself a good set of small screw drivers. I am now looking for the right tool to open the ring on the front of the lens. Often a similar ring (just smaller) can be found on the back of the lens ... what is the right tool for this?
Is there any other tool I will need?
I am planning to clean an old preset 135mm first, which should be easy to dismantle.

So the name of the tool I am looking for is a "spanner wrench" then. Is there any particular brand/model that you can recommend?

Very Happy Inexpensive calipers have served me well so far, but I've probably been very lucky none of the rings I tried it on were too tight -- the proper tool is always best (they say), but a quality specialty tool like this is usually expensive. Read member experiences here:
