Some of you maybe don't like bokeh of this lens. Very Happy
most of them wideopen, or f2

There's some excellent shots there, and personally I love the bokeh. Very Happy

love those!

the sharpness of these fast Cosmicars when wide open is very impressive. Their lively bokeh may even add to the good subject spearation and I find it very well fitting for a lively parade, maybe less on the parrot

Do you have those kinds of parades often Smile
the lens seems nice - it flares a little bit more but the rendering is good.

My office is near to main street where almost every month appear parade.
This parade was quiet big, an opening of yearly Local art festival. it's on every June-July.
about the lens, its very easy to PP and make picture look better. But I want to show how the lens perform without any PP.
I choose this lens for it speed, 'coz usually they moved fast.
and the lens itself looks beautiful on my NEX Very Happy everybody look at it, thats part of the happiness LOL.... Razz

Really good shots. The lens definitely has a lot of character but ultimately it is upto the photographer and he has done a great job too! I really like the 5th one in the first post.

Great shots, and great performance from the lens.
Love the colors, and the bokeh really adds movement in some shots.

Probably it's not suitable for all situations, but here you made great use of this lens' character.

I love the series!. The bokeh is a bit unusual, like smudged watercolour, but gives an extraordinay character to all the pictures.
On the other hand, colours and sharpness are excellent.

And the report, really exotic and interesting. Good work!.

Jes.

Love the parade. Great shots and reportage. Hate the bokeh on #3, but for the most part it does not infringe.
