Focusing ring is very stiff and it makes focusing difficult. Any idea how to make focusing ring smoother ?

Hi and welcome,

It could be that helical grease got old and harder or focusing ring is bent.
Unless you are very good at putting small things up i would recommend that you give it to a repair man.
If you cannot find any for a reasonable price you can send me the lens and i can give it to the repair man here, but then shipping will be more expensive than the service itself Smile
