Interesting bokeh with the ladybug and the light.

How do you mount an Exa mount on Sony? Did you convert the lens?

That's an amazing lens. But it's not that kind of bokeh that I know from that lens.

I use a m39-m42 adapter held down by a rubber "o-ring".
This lens was recieved as a "freebie", from a local antique vendor as the focus was frozen and the aperture blades did not respond.
This was about a year ago-I had opened the lens to fix the focus ring as it was frozen-and the aperture was unresponsive. I cleaned, lubed ,fixed the aperture and adjusted for infinity as far as mechanically allowable ,without hacking ,sawing anything off. I did not document it then unfortunately.

Thanks Very Happy

I have been experimenting with this lens when I can-and like its closeup capabilities, and its bokeh renderings.

Here's a few of the t shots of I took with lens ,I hope it shows what I'm saying.

and a frontal of the lens

I just won this lens, or the variation of it. The Ihagee Steinheil Muchen Exagon 35mm f2.8. According to Captain Jack; "Prior to the release of the Steinheil black automatic "Auto-D" series lenses, Steinheil released in very small quantities, three lenses marked "Ihagee", the 35mm f2.8 Auto Exagon, the 100mm f3.5 Auto Tele-Exaktar and the 135mm Auto Tele-Exaktar".
I'll post some pics in a week or so.
