Teo, first one is in Toulouse, France. Thanks!

Jes, thanks, although it won''t be exotic locales, I hope to have a lot of fun with this little camera.
It has a hot shoe, too, one of the reasons I bought it besides its compactness, and the fast lens.

Haven't you tried the Fuji compact EXR series?.
I got a F300EXR and I'm just trying it, but the results (color specially) are quite promising Smile

Regards.
Jes.

Congrats Bill - this is a nice camera.

I was playing for a while with one of those. It looks good but too small for me Wink - like a size of pack of cigarettes.
The picture quality is comparable with the Pen series except from the dof.

Stefan, thanks, I'm counting on it to be small enough for an easy packaround. Smile

Thanks, Attila, they have a group for this camera on flickr:

You have to sift through them like anything else, though. Smile

Boy, this is one TEMPTING little camera. I looked over the specs, and some of the reviews,
and I couldn't find anything that was over-critical of this camera. And...the lens is FAST!

I've looked at various models of Canons and other Olympus cameras, but this one seems so
STRAIGHTFORWARD as a 'pure shooter with no hype'. I do desire having a pocketable camera
that has a good spec list and reviews. This one seems to me to be a hugely viable candidate.

I will look forward to seeing your impressions Bill!

Laurence and Attila, thanks, fellas! I've got my nose stuck in the manual so I
can vary the settings when I'm out shooting.

Hope to have something in a few days.

It's a beautiful one ! Good luck with it ! I am expecting a lot of postings from you in the AF gallery in the next months Laughing Wink
I was debating between this one and the EPL1+14-42II .I choosed the last one ,in the end (because of the sensor dimensions) ,but I am a little sorry about that f1.8 . I'll have to get a Panny 1,7 for it (s**t!!! money again !) .
