I looked at it again, and compared it to my coupled Serenars. Looks like the lump is smaller and a little different.
You can drag a inner metal ring a little forward and backward, and it jumps back. But the distance travel isn't as long as with the Serenars.
Could it be something else?

You can drag a inner metal ring a little forward and backward, and it jumps back. But the distance travel isn't as long as with the Serenars.

One way to find out ... Stick it on a rangefinder and see if it works
