A great lens for sure. I have a few varieties and they're all a bit different. 50-2 is the sharpest in my collection.

Coincidently, I put an Industar-50 (M39 Зенит) in front of my NEX sensor today. Let's see if it delivers similar results

Well, I did some testing with an Industar-50 (M39 Зенит) yesterday and found it to be an OK lens. Certainly sharper then the Industar-50-2 (M42) that I have It has a 60xx serial and looks like the LTM-version but without the extension tube.
I will post some test shots one of the following days
