Very nice, the Industar-50 shouldn't be underestimated, my collapsible copy is amazing.

Nice image. The 50-2 is one of my favourites but I tend to use it wide open for it's flaws rather than stopped down.

Great image.. The sharpness and vibrance is amazing.

A great lens for sure. I have a few varieties and they're all a bit different. 50-2 is the sharpest in my collection.

I also have this lens (my blog entry) and I can hardly believe that we are talking about the same optic Shocked What is the serial of your copy, if I may ask? Smile

Coincidently, I put an Industar-50 (M39 Зенит) in front of my NEX sensor today. Let's see if it delivers similar results Smile

Great shot! I've found the m39 50 to be nowhere near as good, but creates an amazing vintage look instead.

Well, I did some testing with an Industar-50 (M39 Зенит) yesterday and found it to be an OK lens. Certainly sharper then the Industar-50-2 (M42) that I have Smile It has a 60xx serial and looks like the LTM-version but without the extension tube.
I will post some test shots one of the following days Smile
