This square is in front of Santiago Bernabeu. The pictures were taken with Yashica FX-3 S-2000 with Contax Planar T* 1,7/50 and Tri-X 400.

Too gray and gray to me I like b&w

different developer or and orange filter can help a lot.

Which developer ? Ilford ? I saw many similar shoots, longer developer time make it darker, under exposure half or one stop too.

seems only need longer time or more warm temperature
check your thermometer , 2-3 C difference is really matter
