Such topic might be interesting enough to make it sticky? "Senior" to exclude new members (under 100 posts i guess) for self promotion. Disclaimer should be added that buyer is still fully self responsible on making a purchase...

I don't think so we really need this, usually sticky posts not read well and new marketplace structure allow to keep item longer on top.
Another thing people not read and easily hurt if we warn them or delete their posts I think it will have more disadvantage than advantage.
