I saw this for sale at a local flea market. It seems to me to be some sort of a projector, maybe military? Can anyone ID it? Wehrmacht?

I don't think so, rather just a not fancy one.

Not really rare - these are French made 18x24 roll projectors once very common in school use all over Europe and beyond. But even though OKW sounds temptingly like the familiar Oberkommando Wehrmacht abbreviation, I don't believe it is former Wehrmacht property - a four digit inventory number wouldn't even have been enough for the Vatican guards, the Wehrmacht used something like fifteen digits in total. It needn't even be out of German ownership - "Inland" is a term in many Germanic languages.

Thanks for info. I'm glad I didn't buy it.
