Not 100% reliable database
My beloved Ricoh S3 is quoted to have a shutter, not faster then 1/400
Mine has a Citizen MV shutter till 1/500 as well as the one I had 50 years ago. |

I did not know that, thanks for the warning...it does list the cameras and gear that Ricoh has made which I do like.
