robot lenses, advice sought

ive come across some lenses listed as 'robot' mount, which i understand is an m26 screw mount lens. it appears the closest useable mount to this is m25 cine which can be used with infinity focus on EVIL cams.

question is can these lenses be adapted keeping infinity focus for use on any common mount cams, whether EVIL, leica screw mount etc?
