Is this fungus?

There might be several types of fungus that I may not know them all.
Could you help me to identify if this lens is infected or not - I hope not, cross my fingers

I can't tell from these images - fungus would be regular filaments, the first image looks more like a dirt deposit from past water exposure, but that may be due to the relevant bits being out of focus. But regardless whether it has fungus, haze or dirt, it certainly will need a cleaning.
