Helios 44 2/58 - First Pano

First attempt with a stitched panorama made with nex5 and Helios at f8~

Any suggestion for resizing the final rendered image with autopano giga? Any "common format" maybe?
Stitching 45 shots create something really huge (18k x 14k pixel) that even photoshop can't handle
