Alu Tessars have T coated edition, T here means Tessar. Jena factory had legal problem on western market, they couldn't use for a while their brands. In this period they did use Jena or Aus Jena instead of Carl Zeiss Jena and S for Sonnar, T for Tessar , B for Biometar etc.
